Homeschool Draw, Paint, Sculpt classes are held on Tuesdays. We offer an elementary class from 9:00-10:30am, and a teens and tweens class from 11:00-12:30pm. New projects are introduced each session. AFTER SCHOOL ART
Classes are on Thursdays from 4:00-5:00pm for k-5th grade or 5:15-6:30pm for Teens and Tweens. During Draw, Paint, Sculpt students will explore a variety of media while applying the elements of art. CAMPUS SCHOOL ART
If you are interested in joining our current session, email us at email@example.com: Mr. Paul leads the after school art program at The University of Memphis Campus School. After school art is offered on Mondays or Wednesdays from 3:00pm to 4:00pm in Ms. Kay’s classroom. These classes are only open to current Campus School students. After winter break, classes will start back the week of January 13th.
THE FEBRUARY CLASS IS SOLD OUT: Come learn the art of sewing! Ms. Bridgette, our sewing instructor, is a teacher at St. Luke’s Day School who has been sewing for many, many years. It is truly her passion! For our sewing classes, we welcome beginners ages 8 through adult. Our next class is set for February 8th from 9:30am-12:30pm. We will be sewing reading pillows that include a pouch to carry your favorite book or journal.
POLYMER CLAY JEWELRY MAKING
Join Ms. Lily for a Polymer Clay Jewelry Making Class where you will create your very own wearable art. In this class, you will learn how to make your own stud earrings and rings. You will also learn several polymer clay techniques and explore mixing it with other materials like glitter. This class is open to children ages 8 and up. A minimum of 6 registrations are required for the class to make.
T-SHIRT QUILT SEWING CAMP
Have you ever wondered what to do with your children’s old t-shirts that hold so many memories?!? Well, this camp can provide the answer! Make a one-of-a-kind quilt using the t-shirts you just can’t bare to let go. By the end of the week, you will have a gorgeous, comfy quilt. Camp is open to sewers ages 8 & up. You will need the following supplies: 16 T-Shirts, Fusible Batting 72″ x 72″, Backing 80″ x 80″ (fabric or flat sheet), & a Basic Sewing Kit.
YOGA FOR KIDS
Come join Ms. Laurie for yoga at Easel Town! Ms. Laurie has her 200 hour certification and enjoys spreading her love of yoga with the Memphis community. When she is not teaching yoga, she is working at the University of Memphis and spending time with her sweet family. We are looking to add a Yoga Class for kids to our weekly schedule and would love feedback on which days and times are best for your family.
