The Art of Kindness

Sometimes the toughest time to be kind is when kindness is the best thing. This class will gather on Fridays from 10:30am-12:00pm with Ms. Emily to explore what kindness looks like when we share it with those we know and love, as well as, with those we do not know and may even disagree with. We will engage in a variety of activities (stories, games, art, discussion) that will focus on what being kind looks and feel like all the time, including those times with kindness may seem impossible. As we experience difference, conflict, or disagreement, we will focus on this sentiment “be kind whenever possible… it is always possible”. Experiencing the joys of kindness within our own group will teach us how to practice this everywhere we go! Parents may pay per class or receive a discount for signing up for the semester. Class starts in September!
